How can I find an item?
You can enter the name of the product or its reference into the search bar at the top of the page. Products are also classified by category (product type) which you can access using the tabs at the top.

Are all your items are featured on the website?
Yes, all our in-stock items are on the site.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
For mainland France there's Colissimo recorded delivery (a service from La Poste) for delivery within 48 hours for €7.90 or Chronopost within 24 hours for €12.90.
For EU countries there's Chronopost for between €11 and €15 with an average delivery time of 3 to 4 days.

For some European countries (see list of transport methods) there's Chronopost for between €15 and €42 with an average delivery time of 3 to 5 days

For overseas departments there's Chronopost Outremer for €29 with an average delivery time of 4 days.

For overseas territories there's Chronopost Outremer for €39 with an average delivery time of 4 to 5 days.

For other countries there's international Colissimo with a delivery time between 7 and 10 days for between €19 and €25.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept several methods of payment, all as secure as each other:
- By credit/debit card, your card data is encrypted to avoid any risk
- By Paypal, if you don't want to give us your credit/debit card number

I'm having trouble placing my order. What can you advise?
Step 1): Add one or more items to basket using the "add to basket" button.
Step 2): Go to your basket ("place order" on the right) and create an account or sign in if you already have one.
Step 3): Choose your payment method
Step 4): Confirm your order and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

I don't know what size to choose. Do you have any guidelines?
There is a size guide that you can use to select your size!

How can I use my discount code?
When reviewing your basket you will have the option to enter your promotion code.

How can I use a credit note?
If you have a credit note you must place your order over the phone and explain that you would like to use it.
It is not possible to use a credit note to place an order through our website or by mail.

After ordering

How is my order processed?
Step 1): We check the validity of the order
Step 2): The order is billed (debited)
Step 3): We send you the order via the chosen carrier.

When will my order be delivered?
It takes 72 hours on average for an order to be delivered when items are in stock.

How can I contact the Customer Service?

How can I change my order (size, adding or removing items, changes to printing...) ?
Once you have placed your order on the website you can not change it yourself. You must contact our Customer Service team to request a change.
Please note, as we process the orders as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee to be able to make the changes before the order is billed.

How can I cancel an undelivered order?
We can cancel your order as long as it has not been billed. You just need to call our Customer Service and request the cancellation.
If your order has been billed or shipped, you will have to wait to receive it and return it to us (see relevant section)

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
Important : No exchange or refund for personalised shirts
Download the return/exchange form by clicking here. Please print this PDF file and include it in the parcel. Return the items in their original packaging as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt to the following address:

Send the package by recorded delivery. You must include the packing slip for the returned items. Make sure your address on the packing slip is correct. If you are claiming a refund for a returned item, with no exchange, please ensure that the total value of retained items does not affect your eligibility for any gift you were entitled to.

What's happening with my return and refund?
If you have not received any replacement product or refund within 8 to 10 days from us receiving your return, please contact our after-sales service to check on the status of your order.
